I ran the numbers on a client's FB ads funnel and had to share this
Been heads down building out AutoXinity stuff this week and pulled this funnel breakdown together — figured this group would actually appreciate seeing the real numbers instead of me just saying "AI helps close more deals." Setup: home service business, running Facebook ads. Leads get split three ways — AI speed-to-lead, a 48-hour AI follow-up sequence, and an AI voice telesales agent — all feeding into booked calls for their sales team. Simple funnel, nothing fancy. Without AI in that loop: $13,920/month from this funnel. With AI in the loop: $30,359/month. Same spend. Same traffic. Same closers. The only thing that changed was how fast and how persistently the leads got worked. That's: - 71 leads recovered (previously going straight to "lost sales") - 10.8% conversion rate - 20 conversions/month - $197,266 annualized swing And the "lost sales" bucket — leads that never got fast enough follow-up — still had $1,512 sitting there as proof of the leak. Every time I run this breakdown for a new business, the reaction is the same: "wait, we're losing that much just from slow follow-up?" Yeah. Every time. If anyone here is running paid ads and has never actually mapped out where leads are leaking between click and booked call, that's the exercise worth doing before spending more on traffic. Happy to break down how this is built (GHL + AI voice + follow-up sequences) if anyone wants the mechanics — drop a comment.

@Dionny Chejito Great question. We keep clear guardrails in place. The AI handles qualification, answers common FAQs, books appointments, and follows a defined conversation flow. If a prospect asks something outside its knowledge or requests to speak with someone, the AI immediately offers a live transfer or schedules a callback with the appropriate team member. The goal isn't to replace your sales staff—it's to handle repetitive conversations, respond instantly, and ensure every lead is engaged until a human is needed. That way, your team spends more time closing qualified opportunities instead of chasing missed calls.
Looking for an Experienced Sales Partner (30% Commission)

LOOKING FOR automated CRM pipeline
Client currently uses Fireflies and Claude. We are trying to build an integrated pipeline where fireflies input will be pushed into Claude, and commands will update the Bigin CRM. We have everything set-up except for the fireflies>Claude automation. at this point, using Claude to pull data from FF is fine, but its not clean. any advice or a quote on something that is already complete would be great!! Client wants voice (notes, meetings, calls, etc) to create and update workflows, CRM, todos, etc.

Google Is Sending Home Buyers Directly to Agents. The Question Is: Who's Answering the Phone?
As a GoHighLevel automation expert, this is actually a perfect opportunity to sell speed-to-lead automation, not just GHL setup. What's Happening? The system described is simple: A buyer searches for a home on Google. Google shows property listings directly in search. Buyer clicks the Call Agent button. If the agent answers, they get the lead. If the agent misses the call, the buyer calls another agent. The real problem isn't lead generation. The problem is missed calls = lost commissions. How You Would Solve This Using GHL Step 1: Instant Missed Call Text Back If the agent doesn't answer within seconds: Workflow Trigger: Customer calls Call status = Missed Call Automation: SMS: Hi {{contact.first_name}}, thanks for calling. I may be helping another client right now. What's the property address you're interested in? I'll get back to you immediately. This keeps the buyer engaged instead of losing them. Step 2: AI Voice Receptionist Instead of voicemail: AI answers instantly Collects: Name Phone Number Property Interest Buying Timeline Budget Example: "Hi, thanks for calling ABC Realty. Are you calling about a property listing?" The AI captures the lead even when the agent is unavailable. Step 3: Create Opportunity Automatically When a call comes in: Pipeline: New Buyer Lead Contacted Property Tour Scheduled Offer Submitted Closed Every caller becomes an opportunity automatically. No manual entry. Step 4: Agent Notification Send instant alerts: SMS Email Mobile App Push Notification Example: New buyer lead from Google Search. Call back immediately. Step 5: AI Follow-Up Sequence If the lead doesn't respond: Day 1: Just checking in about the property you called about. Day 2: Would you like to schedule a showing this week? Day 5: We have similar homes that may interest you. Most agents never follow up consistently. Automation does. Step 6: Reporting Dashboard Track: Calls received Calls answered Missed calls Appointments booked Deals closed Revenue generated Now the brokerage knows exactly how many buyers came from Google.
