Charge low or free in exchange for testimonials
According to my research many people charge high for ai automation services from day one even though they have no proof they can deliver such a service, that’s the wrong way to begin your first aim is to build credibility that’s what builds trust and gets you clients that simple.

I ran the numbers on a client's FB ads funnel and had to share this
Been heads down building out AutoXinity stuff this week and pulled this funnel breakdown together — figured this group would actually appreciate seeing the real numbers instead of me just saying "AI helps close more deals." Setup: home service business, running Facebook ads. Leads get split three ways — AI speed-to-lead, a 48-hour AI follow-up sequence, and an AI voice telesales agent — all feeding into booked calls for their sales team. Simple funnel, nothing fancy. Without AI in that loop: $13,920/month from this funnel. With AI in the loop: $30,359/month. Same spend. Same traffic. Same closers. The only thing that changed was how fast and how persistently the leads got worked. That's: - 71 leads recovered (previously going straight to "lost sales") - 10.8% conversion rate - 20 conversions/month - $197,266 annualized swing And the "lost sales" bucket — leads that never got fast enough follow-up — still had $1,512 sitting there as proof of the leak. Every time I run this breakdown for a new business, the reaction is the same: "wait, we're losing that much just from slow follow-up?" Yeah. Every time. If anyone here is running paid ads and has never actually mapped out where leads are leaking between click and booked call, that's the exercise worth doing before spending more on traffic. Happy to break down how this is built (GHL + AI voice + follow-up sequences) if anyone wants the mechanics — drop a comment.

Would appreciate your helpful feedback thank you.
The hard truth about Ai automation
You probably won’t see results in months of hard work but If you keep pushing you will eventually get there I love the quote “stay small enough long enough and you will be big enough soon enough.”

Required Guidelines on How to Validate a Niche
Hi everyone, I'm currently in the process of selecting a niche for my agency and would appreciate some advice. How do you validate whether a niche has real business potential before investing significant time and effort? What criteria or tools do you use to determine if it's worth pursuing? Also, how do you decide which geographic markets to target? For example, how do you evaluate whether to focus on the US, Canada, UK, Australia, or another region? What factors help you identify where you'll have the best opportunity to acquire clients? I'd love to hear about validation process/metrics you look at, and any lessons you've learned from choosing (or changing) your niche and target market. Thanks in advance!

Okay so first of all from what I’ve learned is that don’t target a niche were businesses have low budget you must target high ticket niche so would you rather target a niche were people struggle to pay you $100 or a high tickets niche that could pay you $1500 because it’s in there budget if you help a business get a client worth $3000 through your service or help them save time worth $3000 they will happily pay you $1500 and for me I think I would target the us because the market there is massive. So please target high tickets niche that’s enough validation hope I helped you sir good luck hope you pick the best niche for your agency😆

Don’t sell ai sell an outcome or solution for example don’t say we will automate this with ai, say we reduce workload by whatever percentage or we help get you more clients and increase revenue by whatever percent and I see you are targeting h vac owners lawyers doctors saloon owners honestly I suggest you only target one for now even for one month. Please when you see results update me,hope to see how far you go with my advice good luck.
