This is a big one one: Grokbot can now build real-time dashboards for paid ads and funnel metrics bringing everything together under one roof. Here's my current workflow now: Claude builds my funnels on top of LeadCapture using MCP Grokbot runs strategy and launch ads. Now it also builds live dashboards with Meta, Google and funnel data in one place, with multiple tabs, always running analysis and pulling data in real time. Prompt I used is below to build this dashboard👇 -- Build me a paid ads dashboard as a Page. Connect to my Meta Ads and Google Ads accounts, plus my LeadCapture funnels, and pull the last 30 days. Meta tab: spend, impressions, CPM, CTR, cost per lead, and a table by campaign, ad set and creative. Show Meta-reported leads next to real funnel leads, so I can see the gap and my true cost per lead. Google tab: campaigns, top keywords and search terms, CPC, conversion rate, cost per lead and impression share. Funnel tab: drop-off at each funnel step, leads by source and campaign from UTMs, consent capture rate (TrustedForm/Jornaya), whether conversions are syncing back to Meta and Google, and lead quality (contacted, qualified, sold). Also include funnel forensics metrics to identify step optimization ideas for A/B tests. Add filters for date range, channel and campaign, a daily trend chart, and a short "what to fix this week" box. Refresh it every morning at 7am. The part I love most is seeing Meta's leads next to real funnel leads. That gap is where your true cost per lead lives.

And not just because I get to see my kids all dressed up in their insane outfits, but also because for just a moment, I get to feel like a kid again. Anyway, I obviously can't email you candy (yet)... but I've got something better. Something worth about $10K for you. That's how much I'd price this if I were to sell this as a course, which I have no intention of doing. I rarely give a glimpse into my AI workflows and things I've figured out because I have a bunch of people copying me right now and I know this will get copied too. But this is so cool (and effective) that I couldn't sit on it any longer. So, I recorded a full breakdown of what I'm calling my 'Spooky AI workflow' for lead funnel and ad creation. The Spooky part? It's the fact that AI is becoming so good at all of this. (and good luck finding anyone in the funnel building space talking about this stuff until more people copy me). 1) The "brain." I built a central repo of how I think about marketing, brand, ICP, and strategy. Grok Bot and Claude both connect to it, so everything they create starts with my context. 2) Grok Bot is my strategy layer. One of my bots brainstorms angles and creatives with me. It made the Halloween "ghosted" ads and a UGC video of a guy in a ghost costume.

We do PPL and right now we are only doing paid ads to generate. But for Brand Building and to diversify traffic sources I want to give Seo a shot. Just having fun with the title. there's nothing breaking about this haha. But check this quote out. “I never use my go-to market tools. I just have my agent do it for me”… Just heard this in an interview with a SpaceX Engineer this morning. Validating to hear because… THIS is the world I’m convinced we’re headed to with landing pages and funnels. Not just agents helping with the work. There's another level to this. It's autonomous agents doing the work while we do something else. It looks like this: - You think through a strategy like: “launching a legal campaign to generate mass tort leads on meta. I need a conversion optimized funnel that asks (insert questions). Here are 3 companies that have spent millions of dollars on paid ads. Lead quality matters and I need compliance for TCPA locked down. This means integrating with TrustedForm, etc. Review the example funnels and refine the strategy then build me the form, page, ads, etc - then you literally step away. Take a call, go for a walk … Agent gets to work. - agent pings you for review. Feedback. Edits. Launch Then… - agent starts collecting data, learning, and that’s when the optimization loops kicks off. This moment is here. And I know this because this is my new workflow now. But here’s the thing. Only like 5% of people are probably doing it. Maybe less. Most people still don’t know what an MCP sever is. Even I sometimes call it an MPC sever. That’s how early we are. But soon I think the vast majority of people will be working like this. So… I’ll be sharing more insights and content on how to build and optimize lead generation funnels , pages, etc with agents as we continue to head in this direction. But I'll just leave this here. Grokbot + LeadCapture via MCP is game changing. Because the grokbot agent, or whatever you call it and work autonomously and that opens up a ton of use cases that pretty much change everything. This is crazy. I connected LeadCapture to Grokbot via MCP and built a trucking accident funnel right from my phone in like 10 mins. 🤯 Now here’s here it gets insane. Grokbot can do things on its own. So after going live you could have it run on a schedule to pull data and so on. I’m still trying to wrap my head around the use cases here
