300 Million Loads (on pace for 1 billion): The Compounding Edge You Can't Vibe-Code
Sometimes I get asked:
"Why not just vibe-code my own lead funnel with a few AI tools, test it, and maybe switch over later? Or honestly... why use anything at all?"
I have a bunch of answers to this. From highly technical reasons to it simply not being a great use of your time.
But there's another one that only occurred to me after digging into the data.
As of now, LeadCapture has loaded over 300 million times. (It's actually higher, I just don't have the first couple years of data.)
And here's the thing: every one of those page loads, every lesson, every data point compounds. It all feeds a flywheel around what we build.
That's not to mention the lessons. Like when one of our users scaled up from 1K - 88K leads/mo in the course of 5 months (tons of pain here dealing with issues that you only hit at scale... all of which feeds back into our platform as lessons).
The point is we can see what's working and what isn't (we never share specific funnels or customers though). We get real input from operators in the trenches. Then we combine that input with intuition driven by data to bet on what to build next... to steer the ship in the right direction.
Those insights compound. The flywheel spins faster. And EVERYBODY on the platform benefits, because it's a highly specialized thing that's being adjusted and rebuilt in near real time based on those feedback loops.
I guess there's a sort of network effect.
While most vibe-coded funnels have none of this. No compounding inputs. No flywheel. Nobody steering the thing for the greater good.
And I think that's exactly why most of them look identical... I can pick out a Lovable funnel from a mile away.
Which brings me to how we actually build LeadCapture.
I don't talk much about our building philosophy, but there's a real strategy here, and it comes down to three inputs:
→ Operators in the trenches tell us what they need
→ Data show us what actually works with AI layered in to help identify trends
→ I spend ~5–10% of my time on wild bets nobody's thinking about
That's the whole recipe.
A vibe-coded tool is a snapshot... frozen the day you shipped it.
We're a flywheel that's been spinning for years, compounding on a data set that only gets deeper from a growing network.
guess a point could be made to start with a vibe coded solution, prove out the vertical, the offer, and funnel... but have to even push back on that and ask 'why'??? Why not just get set up the right way the first time around?
There's a quote I heard the other day.
It goes something like...
If your'e going to commit to something then go all-in.
Don't dip a toe in and try it... go all-in or don't bother in the first place"
