Enhanced Callouts, Step Summary, and Dynamic Content
A few notable LeadCapture updates just went live: 1. Enhanced Step Callouts You can now add callouts to the bottom of any funnel step, perfect for reinforcing benefits, building trust, addressing objections, or providing extra context at the exact moment it matters. Just prompt Copilot with something like: “Add a callout to the contact step that builds trust and explains what happens next.” 2. Step Summary Prospects can now review exactly what they selected before submitting the form. Add a summary to the contact step...or any step before it, and visitors will see a clear breakdown of their responses. If they spot an error, they can click the answer and return directly to that specific step to update it. This creates a smoother experience while helping improve submission accuracy. 3. Dynamic Content For anyone building dynamic thank-you pages, this is a huge update. You can now dynamically load phone numbers, links, calendars, and other content using URL parameters. Dynamic values can be used within page sections, buttons, and calendar blocks. One major use case: A lead is submitted to a webhook, CRM, or lead distribution platform. The response determines which client or buyer receives the lead, and the thank-you page dynamically displays that buyer’s phone number, calendar, link, or other information, all within a single reusable page. We’ve also released several additional improvements, including enhanced dynamic routing, server-side Google Ads integrations, and more.

Introducing LeadCapture Next Gen: Why We Rebuilt LeadCapture for the AI Era and How to Get Access
Today I want to share the biggest update in LeadCapture’s history. We’ve officially launched LeadCapture Next Gen. This is a brand-new platform rebuilt from the ground up. I want to explain what it is, why we built it, and what this means if you're currently a LeadCapture user. If you want to skip this post and get the full story, you can read it here https://leadcapture.io/blog/next-gen/ Before anything else, I want to address the most important question right away. LeadCapture Classic is not going anywhere. The platform you’re using today is now called LeadCapture Classic. Classic will continue running. It will continue to be supported. We will continue maintaining stability and performance and shipping fixes where needed. Nothing is being shut down. Nothing is being forced. Nothing is changing about your existing forms. Going forward, both platforms will run in parallel. You can keep using Classic exactly as you are today. Or you can begin using Next Gen. Or you can use both. The choice is yours. So... here's why we built Next Gen LeadCapture started in 2019 from a simple need. I wanted a high-converting multi-step form built specifically for lead generation. At the time, there really weren’t many tools designed for performance marketers and lead gen teams who needed flexibility and control. Yes, Typeform and Jotform existed but at the time I don't think you could easily integrate into Unbounce and I never liked their UI. So I built one a simple multi step form with a developer. Over the years, LeadCapture grew. I made a lot of mistakes along the way, tried taking it to unfit markets, and eventually discovered where the platform currently has best product-market-fit. During this time, we rapidly added features, integrations, verification, routing, enrichment, and builder improvements. We moved fast and shipped what users needed. It was never, and has never been easy. I've lost developers to war, some to not being able to keep up with pace, some to me just having high expectations regarding performance.. and like most platforms that evolve over time, we accumulated technical debt because of the above. The architecture is still best-in-class (AWS + Python/React), but the code base itself, is very hard to ship new, cutting-edge features in.

NextGen Updates 2/3
We’ve been working pretty much around the clock to get Next Gen launched, and I’m confident it’ll be live in February. I wanted to share a few screenshots and highlights, this is the stuff I’m most excited about, especially around contact validation and enrichment. A few highlights: 1) Unified lead funnel builder: Build a landing page, connect a root domain or subdomain, host it on your own domain. OR continue embedding it into your own site/pages. 2) More useful metrics: High-level trend charts plus per-funnel spike charts so you can actually see what’s happening with a quick glance. 3) NEW! Phone validation + contact scoring: Use real-time data to block bad leads at submission or enrich leads with things like contact score, landline vs mobile, device type, and TCPA lawsuit associations. Validation and enrichment are a huge part of where we’re headed, and this is just the start. 4) One pooled credit systemL We used to have three separate credit systems. Now it’s one pooled wallet you can use across: - OTP - Validation + enrichment - Email verification Longer term, this unlocks more enrichment options like skip tracing, address enrichment, and other Clay-inspired enhancements. It also makes credits easier to manage and more fun, because we can reward people with credits for certain things. 5) Credit usage insights: We now show trends and charts for credit usage by service, which is surprisingly useful. 6) CAPI 🔥This one’s massive. We now have a full CAPI integration. And that’s not even everything. Next Gen includes most of what’s in the current system, dynamic redirects and a lot more... plus a foundation that’s far more flexible and scalable. We’re moving fast and intentionally packing years of feedback and conversations into the platform, not just adding features, but doing it the right way. If I’ve been slow to respond to anyone lately, that’s on me, sorry. I’m deep in tunnel-vision mode right now.

After the landing page feature We got started on a top secret project at the end of the year called 'NextGen'...letting the cat out of the bag a little early because I can't stay quite much longer. So much to share, but I'll leave it at that for now.

Examples of Slightly Absurd UGC-Style Pain-Amplification Ads Using AI
Having way too much fun with AI video. I'm launching some ads this week and one thing I'm testing here is pain point amplification in a scenario is intentionally absurd, yet relatable. The clown one is very risky because it might insult some people. But gotta test it. The prompt I used to get videos like this: Clown prompt: Hyper-realistic, cinematic 4K video. Natural lighting. Shallow depth of field. Clean audio. Professional commercial tone with absurd humor. Scene Description: A clown wearing full clown makeup (red nose, subtle wig, painted smile) is dressed in a sharp mortgage broker suit (navy blazer, white shirt, tie). He’s sitting at a modern mortgage office desk with a laptop, phone, and paperwork. The office looks normal and professional — city skyline through the window — which contrasts with the fact that he’s clearly a clown. The clown looks exhausted, serious, and frustrated, not goofy. Camera starts as a medium close-up and slowly pushes in as he speaks. No on-screen text. No graphics. No captions. Just the character talking directly to camera. Performance Direction: The clown speaks calmly and honestly, like a real mortgage broker venting. Dry delivery. Slight frustration. Self-aware humor. Dialogue (≈12 seconds, spoken by the clown): Critical Instruction (Important): The clown speaks directly to the camera on screen. His mouth visibly moves and is lip-synced to the dialogue. No voiceover. No narration. No off-screen audio. The audio comes only from the character speaking in the scene. When I buy mortgage leads from the big vendors… I feel like a clown. They’re shared. They’re dead. Everyone’s already called them. I got tired of feeling that way. That’s why I use TapMyMortgage — exclusive, equity-enriched mortgage leads that actually make sense.” Ending Shot: The clown pauses, exhales slightly, and looks straight into camera. Natural room tone. Hard cut to black. Overall Mood: Absurd but honest. Funny because it’s true. Clearly aimed at mortgage professionals.

The barn one looks LEGIT and like it was filmed professionally by an enterprise company.
