Does anyone have or know if this community offers the contract the buyer has to sign when I already have a contract signed with the seller. I know that once both contracts are signed I need to send them to the title company... Also any recommendations on title companies for land in Cape Coral FL that are friendly with wholesalers?

Hey everyone 👋 I’m exploring the differences between using an AI Texter vs. a traditional VA Texter for lead outreach, and I’d love to hear from those of you with real-world experience. 👉 A few questions I’m hoping to get insight on: - Have you personally used an AI texting system for seller outreach? - How did the results compare to a human VA? - What were the biggest pros and cons of each? - Would you recommend one approach over the other at this stage of your business? - Do you know anyone currently running an AI Texter successfully? I recently heard Clay mention in a discussion that someone actually switched off an AI system and went back to a traditional VA because the results weren’t strong enough.
