Hey everyone, I’m looking to build an in house cold calling team of 2-3 people. Curious to know if anyone has recommendations of anyone with little to no accent? Looking to pay anywhere from $800-$1,000 p/m per caller + some bonuses per closed deal!

Name: Jennifer Location: Austin, TX Background: I currently supplement/estimate for restoration contractors all over the US, been a licensed agent since 2008, newly running a 2 agent cold calling agency for my husband. He too is a restoration contractor. Would like to add an agent or two for calling/texting on land. Current Stage: Brand new to land, have completed 0 deals. 90-Day Goal: 30K profit/month - 1-2 deals per month to start out then ramp up from there Biggest Challenge Right Now: Once I get the lead moving into the offer stage and having someone fund the deal or knowing where to find a buyer quickly. Location: Background: My story started a couple of years ago, while working for a SFR developer, a desire to develop by myself grew and bought a lot from him. Learned to search in the county and saw how he made 3x my salary with that lot. That just clicked, there is opportunity in land wooowww.. I continued in construction developing single family homes and renovating hoteles while doing some tax deed flips, land flips, wholesale and small splits. Everything within the residencial market. Current Stage: I have been doing lands for 1 year as a full time. I am doing average a deal monthly. 90-Day Goal: I want an income of 60-80k Biggest Challenge Right Now: My biggest challenge is the consistency to get deals. I have had some great months and others are just dead lol What I’m Looking For: Guidance to move towards acreage deals, learn out of FL game, and founding for those deals Hungry to learn more, close more, and work with y'all :)
