Hope everybody is having a great weekend so far. I miss our class but the yoga teacher training has been really moving and a great experience so far. Can’t wait to integrate more of it into mace. Hope everybody is getting some movement in. I also wanted to share some highlights from the rope work @Erik Messal and I have been doing. It’s a lot of fun and Erik Just keeps unlocking new moves. Don’t mind all the counting 🤣

Got this sweet beanie/beard thing from our family white elephant gift exchange. I really had no choice but to do this flow from my other weekend class in it. 🤣 It's a better with music but this is still pretty funny. The beard kinda gets in the way of the neck roll. Did anybody else get any cool gifts?
