In this guide, I’m going to teach you how you can scrape leads at a stupidly low cost.
Let’s begin.
This guide will be broken down into 2 parts:
- Phone numbers
- Emails
Let’s start with phone numbers
Phone numbers
When it comes to scraping phone numbers, one of the most common methods is using Instant Data Scraper on Google Maps.
It’s free, simple, and beginner-friendly.
All you have to do is:
- Install the Instant Data Scraper Chrome extension
- Google your niche and location (for example, ‘roofers in Miami’)
- Head to Google Maps
- Open Instant Data Scraper
- Start scraping
It’s a great tool, especially if you’re on a tight budget.
But like anything good, it has its downsides.
And Instant Data Scraper has plenty.
First off, a huge number of phone numbers pulled from Google Maps are inactive.
Most of the time, I’d call and go straight to voicemail.
And on the rare chance someone picked up, it was usually just a gatekeeper.
This was a nightmare to deal with especially when you’re cold calling.
Now it begs the question:
What is a tool that that is able to:
- Scrape decision makers
- Scrape up to date high-quality phone numbers
At an affordable price?
Here’s where Leadrocks come in.
And before we proceed any further, I’d like to make it very clear that I am in no way affiliated with any of the tools that are in this post.
I’m not sponsored or anything, so what I’m saying here is 100% my honest opinions. No biasness.
Back to what I was saying.
What Leadrocks does is it basically scrapes phone numbers from LinkedIn search results.
Instead of scraping Google Maps for phone numbers (which are usually just office lines), you can filter LinkedIn search results and scrape direct phone numbers from business owners—or whoever you’re targeting.
This is a huge time-saver, as now instead of speaking to a bunch of gatekeepers and miss calls—you speak directly to your ICP.
Now, if you go on over to Leadrocks you may find that the starting price is $29 per month for 1,000 monthly credits.
1,000 credits isn’t a lot.
Realistically, you will need about 5,000 credits every month which will cost you $145.
You might be thinking to yourself right now:
“$145? How is that affordable?”
And I agree, with $145 you can get a whole ass automation software with spare change.
That’s where AppSumo comes in.
Instead of getting your subscription from LeadRocks directly, just get it on AppSumo for $79 one-time payment.
It’s the same thing, except you pay $79 one-time for 5,000 credits every month.
I don’t know how this is possible, but there you have it.
Go get it right now before it sells out.
Emails
Now, let’s talk about email.
There really isn’t a free way to get emails tbh, unless you get it through some YouTubers free lead list in their description which is overused and outdated.
We all know that the best place to get leads is through Apollo.
The only problem?
It’s bloody expensive.
For $79 per month, you get 120,000 credits.
That’s not 120,000 credits every month btw, it’s 120,000 for that year.
If you break that down, that’s 10,000 credits every month.
Now to many, that amount may be enough.
But for me personally, it’s far from it.
On average I send about 100,000 emails every month.
10,000 just won't cut it, especially if I’m paying $79 every month.
Luckily, I’ve found a tool that is able to scrape 100% accurate Apollo data for less than half the price.
Introducing EnrichIQ.
For $1.50, you’re able to scrape 1,000 results which is mental.
All you need is to create a free Apollo account.
Enter your search criterias just like you would on LinkedIn.
Copy the link into EnrichIQ.
Pay.
Wait 24 hours for your leads to arrive in your inbox.
It’s that easy.
If EnrichIQ isn’t your cup of tea, I’d strongly recommend hiring vendors on Upwork or Fiverr.
All you have to do is find someone that is able to scrape Apollo data, send over the Apollo link to them and have them scrape it.
There’s plenty of them there.
And that wraps up my guide.
Hope I was able to provide some value, and help you guys save some cash.
Thank you for reading until the end :)
