FB / Ad Account - Payment Issues
One of my clients ad accounts has now been down for around 3 weeks due to payment failure issues. We’ve been back & forth with Facebook every single day but its been banging your head against the wall.
Tried 4 different payment methods including PayPal and my business card that is successfully used for my ads, so its a FB issue not the banks.
The cycle consistently goes ad account disabled > appeal & fb review > fb enable account > attempt to make payment, payment fails & account is disabled.
Has anyone came across similar & fixed it? And as last resort would it be safe to connect his fb page to one of my dormant ad accounts and run his ads from that?
