Agency FB keeps getting banned

I'm trying to set up an agency facebook account I can use that for clients rather than my personal. I rather they connect to a professional account than a personal account I don't use and have them stalk my photos when I was 5 years old lol.

But my agency account keeps getting banned and restricted from interacting with ad accounts and other features I need. I'm guessing I need to "warm up" my fb account the same way a real person would.

Anyone has any suggestions how I can properly set up an agency FB profile?
