50 swings with 50lbs
4 rounds of push-ups 10, rows 10 with two 50 lb kb's, shoulder press 10 with two 25lb kb's, and 30 second planks. Finished with 7 minutes on the rowing machine. Still dealing with a sprained finger so I've eased off on the farmers walk for this week
