Definitely diet. Quelling sugar cravings, especially stress eatingand overeating sugary foods. I consume 85-100 g of quality protein each day, plenty of good carbs, hydrate well, no booze or tobacco, but can't shake the sugar.

Just got back from a solo hunting trip in Wyoming to celebrate the completion of the upcoming “Man-Maker” program release (more on that coming), and am feeling charged up for the bigs thing to come! While I was there hunting, going through the constant ups and downs that chasing antelope with a bow presents, I was thinking a lot about you guys. Mainly of the need to fortify ourselves with both mental and physical strength, and constantly maintaining sight of our goals through solid decision making…It would have been a LOT easier to pack my bags and leave without filling a tag, but instead I kept my focus on just making that one GOOD DECISION in front of me. Eventually after pushing and pushing and pushing, after countless failures that are just a part of the cat and mouse game that hunting with primitive tools like a bow is, the job got done and I now have a freezer filled with quality hormone free meat, and a memory that will last a lifetime… Life is all about managing our emotions through the natural ebbs and flows we go through and NOT giving up or giving into our desire for comfort and complacency. If you can forge yourself through the fire that these daily challenges present, you’ll fortify your resolve through the creation of self-discipline and get every last thing you want out of life! Out of respect for some of you who may be sensitive to the harvesting of wild animals, I’ll spare you of any photos on that front, but here’s some other cool things I did after tagging out. If you DO wanna see though, just message me and I’ll send it to you. Anyway, big things to come later this month with creation of new Man-Maker program. Keep you posted!!! Hands Up…KEEP FIGHTING!!! By the way, that peak I summited is “Medicine Bow” peak in Centennial, Wyoming. Absolutely GORGEOUS spot created by eons of glaciers carving rock and melt creating adjacent lakes. Truly a sight to see! Highly suggest checking it out…

Hi everyone, I'm a 51 y.o. guy living in eastern Idaho. Married for 20 years, no kids. Work in higher education as an engineering professor. Been using kettlebells consistently for the past 3 years after *sorta* working out for the past 30 years. Mostly driven to KB usage due to Covid and since then have never thought of returning to a traditional gym. Started by watching instructional videos from Chandler, Wildman, Pavel, and Dan John. Have progressed from originally using a 16 kg bell to now using a 24 kg bell for most everyday exercises. Just looking for new exercise ideas and philosophies on training, though diet is my biggest struggle (overeating/sweets, in particular). Thanks!
