Hump Day
15 minutes on the rowing machine -2.4 miles 50 swings with 50 lbs Farmers walk 200 feet with a pair of 50's Finished with 3 rounds of calf raise 20 reps with 150lbs, single arm rows 5 each with 50lbs and goblet thrusters 5 reps with 50lbs. After multiple injuries, alot of arthritis i had to adjust my hiking goals which took alot of my motivation for this. Still getting up every morning and doing what i can, just not as much weighted work. Today was the first day of 3 rounds.

Thursday light upper body
50 swings with 50lbs 3 rounds of curl to shoulder press to triceps extension 10 reps with 35lbs, floor press to pullover 5 reps with 50lbs, hollow holds with 5 leg raises for 20 seconds with 35lbs Finished with 7 minutes on the rowing machine. The curl, shoulder press, tricep extension was something new and may try to utilize it more in my upper body days. Motivation has been tough this week so I may change things up next week and try more cardio and less kb for awhile while until I figure things out.

Wednesday light leg day
50 swings with 50lbs 3 rounds of body weight squats- 35,50,45 reps, calf raise 150 lbs, 20, 25, 25 reps 7 minutes on the rowing machine 1.3 miles

Tuesday Upper body
50 swings with 50lbs 4 rounds of push-ups 10, rows 10 with two 50 lb kb's, shoulder press 10 with two 25lb kb's, and 30 second planks. Finished with 7 minutes on the rowing machine. Still dealing with a sprained finger so I've eased off on the farmers walk for this week
