So I've just started a new workout to incorporate on different day
Warm up
Halos - 10 reps x 3 sets (10kg)
Round the world - 10 reps x 3 sets (10kg)
KB Clean 5 reps x as many sets in 10min (10kg) still learning so using light weight to get my form dialled in
KB Rows 5 reps x 3 sets (16kg)
Goblet Squats 5 reps x 3 (20)kg
Farmers Carry 40m (16kg)
Felt pretty good!!!
