Navy Seal Gunslinger Burpee
Found this one YouTube and gave it a try today. Another burner. Loved it. Haven't seen this guy's content before but I will probably check out more. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=S7loTYKIxgw 60 seconds on, 30 seconds off. 1. Navy seal burpee to 3 double KB gunslingers 2. Jump rope I did this for 16 rounds, so 8 burpee/gunslinger and 8 jump rope. I averaged 3 navy seal burpees and 3 gunslinger complexes per 60 seconds. Totals: 24 burpees with 72 pushups 72 double kb gunslingers 8 minutes of jump rope I love workouts like this, especially when they involve jump rope. I will come back to this one.
Oli McCann Tabata
Did this one yesterday at the gym and it was a scorcher: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ldnZjwhi37E&t=25s 30 seconds on, 10 seconds off Do 3 rounds total with 60 seconds rest between rounds. Double Kettlebells (I used 16 kg) 1. Rack squat 2. Alternating gorilla rows 3. Push ups 4. Suitcase lunges 5. Alternating overhead press 6. Double kb swings 7. suitcase deadlifts I was gassed after this one. Managed to do a farmers carry with the bells for a minute or so after as a finisher. Good stuff.

Pat Damiano Simple 30 Minutes
It has been too long since I posted here. I had a two week period where I wasn't working out because I caught some kind of daycare doomsday virus. But I am back at it and I will be better about documenting here. Definitely feel like I lost a step after that hiatus. Yesterday's workout was from Pat Damiano, but I don't have a link for the video. 30 Minute AMSAP: 1. 5 snatch R (20 kg) 2. 5 snatch L (20 kg) 3. 5 double bell reverse lunge R (2 x 16 kg) 4. 5 double bell reverse lunge L (2 x 16 kg) 5. 8 gorilla rows each arm (2 x 16 kg) 6. 10 Push-Ups I made it through 5 sets. Totals were 25 snatches on each arm, 25 reverse lunges on each leg, 40 gorilla rows on each arm, and 50 push-ups.
The Humane Burpee
It's been awhile since I've posted here. Today I did Dan John's Humane Burpee: 15 two handed kettlebell swings 10 goblet squats 10 push ups You do this a reverse ladder for the goblet squats and push ups. But the swings never decrease. So round 2 is 15 swings, 9 goblet squats, and 9 pushups. Round 3 is 15 swings, 8 goblet squats, and 8 push ups. And so on. I did this with a 24 kg bell and it took me just under 25 minutes. Total reps: Swings = 150 Goblet squats = 55 Push ups = 55 Great stuff, I think this will be one I go back to again and again.
Trevor's Most Efficient Workout
A couple days ago I tried Trevor's most efficient workout. I did it slightly differently because I didn't bother to rewatch the video and didn't quite remember how he structured it. His protocol is: EMOM with double bells - 5 cleans to thrusters. I did: EMOM with one bell - 5 cleans and then 5 thrusters - switched hands every minute. Either way it was brutal. I only used a 16 kg bell and I was smoked after those 10 minutes. That is 25 cleans and 25 thrusters per side in 10 minutes. Next time I will try with double bells and see how it goes. https://www.youtube.com/shorts/lGNQjuxYaOY

@Ian Clardy It took me about 25 to 30 seconds to do the 5 cleans and 5 thrusters. So generally speaking it was 30 seconds on 30 seconds off for the 10 minutes.
