[Perform 3 Rds. - Rest 2-3 min. b/w each] First round I used a 16 kg bell and didn't put it down in between any of the movements. Second round I used a 20 kg bell, and I had to put it down after B and after D, for each arm. Third round I went back to the 16 kg bell. I used a 20 kg bell for both double handed movements.
