ABC
Did the Armor Building Complex today with double 16 kg bells. EMOM: 2 swings, 1 press, 3 squats. I made it through 16 rounds. Finisher: 1 minute racked hold 1 minute overhead hold 1 minute squat hold (1 bell) 2 minute farmer's walk (2 20 kg bells) Great stuff. I believe the idea in ABC is to get to 30 minutes. That is a lot harder then I thought it would be, but something to shoot for.

Did ABC again today with double 16 kg bells and got through 20 rounds. Improvement!
Levi Markwardt Double KB Routine
I don't have a link to this specific workout, but I found it on Levi Markwardt's YouTube channel (https://www.youtube.com/@levishardertokillarsl). This man is an absolute monster and his programming is very difficult. You should try this one out sometime: Workout Details (use 2 kettlebells and try to complete 5 sets): • 4 Half Snatch + 3 Jerk (1 EMOM Round) • Complete 5 Rounds • Perform 1 Farmer's Walk after every 5 rounds I did this yesterday with two 30 lbs kettlebells. Doing double snatches is a new thing for me so I didn't want to go too heavy. Next time I will probably use my 16 kg bells. The Farmer's Walks were done using two 50 lbs kettlebells. I was a little short on time so I managed to finish 3 rounds, which is a total of 60 half snatches and 45 jerks using two kettlebells.

I switched to barefoot shoes about a year ago. And not just for working out, for every day wear as well. Life changing! I can never go back to regular shoes. The wide toe box, zero drop, minimal cushion . . . so helpful for the feet, ankles, knees, etc. It changed my gait.
Mandler Chest and Back

Another tough one. The man has a way of making a short, seemingly easy workout kick your ass. ~The Workout~ 1. Kettlebell Incline "Segment" Press (5 reps)  2. Alternating From Bottom Incline Bench Press (5 reps/arm)  3. Incline Bench Press (5 reps)  4. Row to Alternating Iso-Row to Deadlift (5 reps) 5. Rows (5 reps)  6. Deadlift (5 reps)  [Rest No More Than 3 Minutes Between Rounds - Do 3 Rounds Total]

THE BEAST
It's been awhile since I have posted in this forum. Rest assured I am still hard at work. Yesterday I tried one of Coach's latest called the Beast. And ooooh boy was it a BEAST. I used double 16 kg bells and I was not able to complete an entire set without putting the bells down. At most I was able to do 3 of the movements before putting the bells down and taking a quick breather. But that is ok, this is a super hard workout, and it gives me something to strive for.
