Thursday light upper body
50 swings with 50lbs
3 rounds of curl to shoulder press to triceps extension 10 reps with 35lbs, floor press to pullover 5 reps with 50lbs, hollow holds with 5 leg raises for 20 seconds with 35lbs
Finished with 7 minutes on the rowing machine. The curl, shoulder press, tricep extension was something new and may try to utilize it more in my upper body days. Motivation has been tough this week so I may change things up next week and try more cardio and less kb for awhile while until I figure things out.
