So….. I have 2big harps. One weighs 75lbs and the other 100. Getting them in the van has always been awkward even when I was bar squatting 300 and benching 250. I assumed when I had to move the 100lb one this weekend it would be a disaster scone I haven’t touched a barbell in months.
When I lifted it, I felt amazing- so strain or hesitation at all! It’s the kettlebells! The whole body core movements have made me stronger than ever! Thanks, coach!!
