Trevor's Most Efficient Workout
A couple days ago I tried Trevor's most efficient workout. I did it slightly differently because I didn't bother to rewatch the video and didn't quite remember how he structured it. His protocol is: EMOM with double bells - 5 cleans to thrusters. I did: EMOM with one bell - 5 cleans and then 5 thrusters - switched hands every minute. Either way it was brutal. I only used a 16 kg bell and I was smoked after those 10 minutes. That is 25 cleans and 25 thrusters per side in 10 minutes. Next time I will try with double bells and see how it goes. https://www.youtube.com/shorts/lGNQjuxYaOY

What was your work:rest ratio on that? Normally just 5 clean & press reps is pushing 20 seconds of work, without adding in the squat to make a thruster.

@Zachary Faigen Yeah that's gonna be brutal, no doubt. Just a nasty anaerobic bath

I'm Ian, live in New England. Goal for training is to support my BJJ habit and prepare for a Spartan Marathon later this year. Right now I'm researching peptides and how they can keep supporting my training. Looking forward to being in here!
