Woke up and hydrated with my apple cider vinegar and a bottle of water with some lemon juice, right after that i went on a mile and a half walk to the river to get some sun and the body and mind going. Ate a healthy protein packed breakfast then studied for about 2 and a half hours. Just finished a late protein packed lunch. Still deciding on what to do with my days with the 4 hours of day left!
