Did some of my morning SAVERS except for exercise. Had a nice trip up to London. Tried Japanese Tonkatsu Ramen for the first time. Did some reading. Ended up re-reading the miracle morning. Had a cold shower even when I didn't want to. Followed my evening routine.

Remember Michael Mosley, the TV doctor who passed away on holiday. He wrote a book called 'fast asleep' that I read years ago. There's general tips but also like a multi week plan to tackle insomnia where you intentionally deprive yourself of sleep for a set period and it's supposed to reset your sleep patterns. Maybe check it out.
Sunday wins
Woke up nice and early at like 630, earlier than I’ve been up in ages and went for a walk and went over to the church to practice drums before service. Had a nice time seeing everyone at church, was a nice service, and we had a band practice afterwards that felt like improvement from our last one. Did a bit more walking, made myself a nice big healthy lunch… probably gonna try to exercise a bit more today and watch some basketball later. Doctors appointment tomorrow. Hope everyone has a great day! :)

Have you heard of Dr Joe Dispenza? He's a part researcher, part mystic who teaches a model of meditation to transform lives. Sometimes physical healings or other life changes. If you haven't heard of him you might want to find a YouTube podcast with him on or listen to the testimonials people have given of their healings and life transformations.
