woke up around 9am. Drank my apple cider vinegar with water, lemon and creatine. Then went outside in the back yard to water my vegetable plants. Around 10:45am went on a 12 miles bike ride on the bike trail to get some sun and good exercise. Got home around 12ish then made 5 eggs with 2 pieces of sourdough toast and some over night oats followed with a bottle of water and my daily vitamins. May or may not go to the gym for some back and biceps. Hopefully get some studying in at least 1-2 hours and then end the day taking my 2 german short hair pointer dogs to the dog park.!
