Fitness Win!
I self talked (out loud) myself into a solid 15 minutes of "tempo pace" during my run today. I didn't think I was going to be able to do it and those thoughts were killing me. I was talking to myself throughout the workout portion and ended up hitting the goal. I did poop a little. That was not part of the plan. Self talk and remembering Goggins saying "when you think you're finished, you're at about 40% of your potential" No way I was going to negotiate myself out of this one.
