  • Sobriety: 3 days clean (again). Mental clarity is returning as physical symptoms begin to fade.
  • Physical: 6:30 AM wake-up. 34km indoor bike session completed + healthy food.
  • Home/Family: Kitchen tidied, dishes done and a 30 minutes phone call with my parents.
  • Business: 4 hours of deep work. Cleared the email backlog, finalized documentation, and configured software to automate/simplify my PC workflows.
  • Tomorrow’s Focus: Maintain the 6:30 AM rhythm, start the 7-Day C.R.A.V.E. Sobriety Challenge, and hit another 4-hour deep work block.
