We did it my friends! Thanks so much for hanging with me in this 3-day Challenge to Start Where You Are - and only go up from there! You can catch my conclusion video to wrap up the challenge here in the classroom. If you haven't completed the challenge yet, no worries, I'm going to keep it up and available for another week. So carve out that 15-minutes on your schedule. Anchor it to an existing habit in your day, and feel proud of yourself for moving your body! When you have completed the challenge, I'd LOVE to get your feedback, takeaways, wins 🥳, or ideas to improve 🤔! Today, we're going to add to our toolbox of movement flows with a moderate full-body standing flow that doesn't require changing your outfit or rolling around on the ground. Check it out here in the classroom! This is a GREAT way to take a break in the middle of your day, invite some healthy movement to help your spine feel refreshed and your mind more awake.
