Wow, just wow. As a general rule, I consider myself a humble person but yes, even I have an ego and MAN, did my ego get a slap today. I was working on my social media posting plan. Something I have reworked and revamped a million times over the years. Specifically, I was considering posting something in my Substack that I had already shared on LinkedIn and Facebook. I worried it would be repetative. SLAP!! WHO AM I TO ASSUME EVERYONE FOLLOWS ME EVERYWHERE?! How am I to ASSUME that LinkedIn followers who love me SOOOO much also follow me on Facebook? (Hint: That was sarcasm.) This stung even more because I KNOW my Facebook followers love the personal stuff, LinkedIn loves the business stuff, Substack are fellow authors and my Skool community are people actively building relationships. And some posts fit in all categories. Have no fear, my ego is sufficiently chastised. I am off ... to share in Substack. Hope this helped you! Sandi

Today, such an incredible honour, to sit on the stage and share my truth ... as a Matriarch. Such an honoured role, to be the woman who oversees the family, the one who guides and supports, the one who ensures all are honoured and cherished. Twenty years ago this month, I became the Matriarch of our family with the passing of my Mom and it is a role I take seriously. But today, it is a role simply celebrated, sitting side by side with so many other strong, wise, beautiful Matriarchs. Such a great way to start an amazing day. Just had to share ...

I’m grateful for the journey and excited to share this recent milestone: Out of over 3,000 applicants, I was selected as one of the Top 100 speakers in Season 2 of The Next Top Speaker. 🙌 Though I didn’t advance further this season, something powerful happened. A judge from Season 1—where I also placed in the Top 100—personally reached out to tell me:💬 “You nailed it. Your timing was great and your message was impactful.” That affirmation reminded me that with every opportunity to speak, I grow. Each stage sharpens my skills, builds my confidence, and deepens my experience. And yes… I can now officially say I shared the stage with Russell Brunson, Richmond Dinh, Kaley Chu & Phyllis Song! 🎤🔥 Every opportunity is training ground for the next. And with that final touch, I am ready. The seminar for Monday has been tweaked, updated, refined and made even more powerful. Perfect, because the audience deserves that. They deserve to break free of the chains of lateral violence and I will be there to help them. And my speech for Thursday is now profound, thought-provoking, encouraging and powerful. Perfect, because the audience deserves that. And so do the students of the teachers I will be speaking too. They all deserve good soil. They all need good medicine. No cookie cutter presentations. No words shared a thousand times. Not in my world. With Creator's guidance, even the same ole seminar has new slides, new thoughts, new examples. My offerings grow as I grow, after all. Their power and impact increases along with my wisdom and to me, that just makes sense. A video to shoot so my team can be working on that while I am gone and then ... nothing left but the packing on Sunday. It has been a busy week. I have been busy creating good soil for those I work with to thrive in. I have been busy being good medicine to all who read or hear my words. And I wouldn't want it any other way.
