The best speakers don’t just dump info; they take us on a literal journey. If your talk feels a bit flat lately, try a quick "High-Low-High" Audit. You want to start with a punch—a hook, story, or stat that makes them sit up immediately. Then, move into the vulnerability. This is the "Low" where you share a struggle, and it’s where people actually connect with your humanity. Finally, you end on a high by giving them a clear, exciting vision of what’s possible. Just remember that data labels the brain, but stories hook the heart. If you want them to remember your stats, wrap them in a story.
