Hi everyone, and thanks, Drew, for reminding me to introduce myself! I have been coaching CEOs and their teams in Perth, Western Australia, for 26 years to enhance their leadership skills. I have my own IP based on the attitudes, behaviours and conversations effective leaders display and deploy. My own learning in this space is the culmination of my former careers in the military, law enforcement, and a discreet agency where I specialised in leading and developing covert operators. From 2003 to 2013, I was a member of the National Speakers Association in Australia, serving as the Western Australian chapter president and an Australian board member for three years. My business helps clients become the employer of choice by improving leadership, which then allows them to become the provider of choice. I only work with five non-competing leadership teams at a time. My business is 100% referral and repeat business, and I've had clients stay with me from start-up through to sale, some for over 20 years. I now even have intergenerational clients, client progeny who have gone out on their own to form their own businesses. I love what I do and will follow this passion until I drop! Besides spending time with my family, I enjoy managing my small cattle stud, breeding Murray Grey and Brahman cross (Greyman) bulls for our northern and tough-country herds. I often guest on podcasts and enjoy speaking, but I prefer the results from doing hands-on work with my clients. I look forward to being a part of this community, even though the time gap is a challenge for live interaction.

Hey Team, I'm honored to be a part of Inspiring Speakers forum. On the personal front, I live in a log cabin in the foothills of Northern Colorado overlooking the beautiful Carter Lake. Earlier this year, I published a book entitled, "The Alchemist's Way", so I am new to this whole author and speaker scene and am excited to learn from you all! What is an alchemist? Ancient alchemists mastered the craft of creating gold from ordinary materials. Today's alchemists achieve the extraordinary by unlocking the potential of themselves and others revealing the gold that is already within. Outside of work, I'm a proud father (single Dad to a 23-year old daughter--also an engineer), loyal friend, technology leader by day, author and mountain man by night. I have a passion for cooking and grilling, lover of black coffee, enthusiast of wine, aficionado of the dirty martini, slayer of the classical guitar, inventor, innovator, a penchent for laughter, a closet bibliophile (it's a book thing), and a stalwart fan of the Denver Broncos. Professionally, I have been leading engineering teams for over 38 years delivering over 100 innovations in products and services. I wrote the book to give to my 22-year old self.
