I am Lillian Ogbogoh, I am a speaker, NueroChange practitioner and a Feminine Power Architect, voice reclaiming expert, and host of In Her Own Name. I help women in their 40s and 50s, especially Black and Brown women. Who feel like they’ve been waiting in the wings, struggling with imposter syndrome and the pressure to conform. I use a blend of Neurochange, archetypal embodiment, and narrative justice to flip the script: silencing your inner critic, stepping out of erasure, and leading with joy, power, and visible presence.
