Decolonisation Session 3

"Session 3 was about embodiment: carrying humility, plurality, and repair into the systems, organisations, and communities of which we are part.

We spoke of language as both a tool and a weapon: English as hidden power, mother tongues erased, dialects forgotten.

We questioned universality: when frameworks such as the IDGs claim to be global, what is lost in translation? The answers were not abstract. They were grounded in education, in economic inequities, in whose voices are invited to speak and whose are not."
