Sam Ovens is the creator of Skool - "always making it better"
There are over 200'000 communities on Skool and Sam, the creator (with the beard) creates a weekly video explaining all the platform updates and new services. When we created the InnerDevelopment@Work community @Sarah Santacroce was the one who did the research and recommended the Skool platform. So glad we chose Skool! The work they do to make everything run smoothly is AWESOME. Next year there are SO many cool things coming🤸‍♂️! If you want to create a community, make sure to use our link. We'll also be offering affiliate links to our members next year when we launch a paid tier of new services.

Gratitude to @Sarah Santacroce for doing the preliminary research so we have this elegant platform ♡ peace into the new year ♡
The strength of a perceived 'weak' trait.
What if I told you there are people who are naturally empathetic, creative, curious, long-term thinkers. People with a deep appreciation for nature, who are altruistic, cooperative, and caring? People who want to contribute, not compete. Yet, we don’t see them leading as often as we should. Why? Because many of them see their sensitivity as a burden, rather than a gift. High sensitivity can feel like a double-edged sword. These sensitive people often get lost in self-doubt, insecurity, indecisiveness, and overstimulation. But they posses the qualities we need to drive real, human-centered change in business, society, and our planet. These sensitive individuals are the new generation of change makers. The ones who can connect empathy with action, and purpose with impact. If we can empower them, show them their strength, and give them the space to lead, we can create something truly meaningful. 🌸 Love to hear what you think or if you have any questions on the matter!

Wanted: Short video on IDGs/ inner development
Dear all, I'm looking for a short (max. 3 min.) inspirational video in English or German on the IDGs or the importance of inner development in the context of sustainable development. I need it for a workshop on the topic of regeneration on Friday. Do you have an ideas? The official video on the IDG website is too long. Thanks a lot in advance for your help!

'Guarded Support for Call for Global Action September 18, 2025'
Dear IDG colleagues, 'Guarded Support for Call for Global Action September 18, 2025' The note below is further to in depth discussions during a Sept 4 'Agora' meeting. We looked from various perspectives towards developing a more definitive response about these Palestinian NGO Network links: __________________ A worldwide Call for Action and Strike on Thursday September 18 2025 issued by the Palestinian NGO Network and endorsed by grassroots organizations representing millions of people around the world. https://en.pngoportal.org/post/3950/Palestinian-and-Global-Civil-Society-Call-for-a-Global-Day-of-Action-and-Strike-September-18th-2025 https://popularresistance.org/palestinian-and-global-civil-society-call-for-global-day-of-action-september-18/ Demand United Nations General Assembly Send Protective Force to Palestine and Unseat Israel. Organizing Zoom Webinar 10am Eastern Friday September 5: https://us06web.zoom.us/webinar/register/WN_xBVwDhTYSgKFQ0XHho9iWw#/registration__________________ __________________ Below is Neil's note September 6, 2025: Guarded Support for Call for Global Action September 18, 2025 With great reservations I’ve come to believe it may be best to support this international campaign directed at the UN General Assembly for UN intervention in the genocide. Or, at least, not oppose it outright. My big reservation, in short, is that such UN intervention would likely politicallysideline the Palestinian resistance. The resistance which has the support of the majority of Palestinians living in Palestine. The resistance is why the larger world is even talking about Palestine today. The resistance is why the ethnic cleansing of Gaza has not already been completed. The resistance which is today leveraging its remaining Israeli prisoners of war for the release of thousands of Palestinian prisoners being held and tortured in Israeli prisons.

It continues to be a great concern, and I wonder if some of you plan to comment on a. 'Guarded Support for Call for Global Action September 18, 2025'
Member from the US becoming visible
Good morning from Gig Harbor, WA, US. I have been a member here since last year via Sarah S., but the calls have all been out of reach time-wise. Hoping something will pop soon that is within reach from the Pacific timezone. In the meantime, I'm so glad you're here and I am joining the lovely humans who are committed to integrating IDGs into our work, lives, and world. Thank you.
