I’m practicing discipline by planning my meals ahead of time and sticking to clean options. The goal is to stay consistent with fueling my body properly, even on days when I’d rather grab something quick or skip tracking. It's been saving me a pretty penny!

I can do some pretty cool foot work when skipping but double unders and hitting them multiple times in a row has always been a challange for me. So this was my technique .. I did 9 regular skips and on my tenth Jump, I preformed the double under. This helped me prep & gain momentum. After 4 sets of 5 double unders per set, I reduced my count to every 5th jump, instead of every 10th. I found this method to be an effective way to improving the skill of performing them mutiple times. Hope this helps you too!
