High-Protein Frozen Yogurt Bark

Here’s a little meal prep idea that’s perfect for sweet cravings.
Ingredients:
- 2 cups Chobani Nonfat Vanilla Greek Yogurt
- 1/2 cup Kodiak Cookie Butter Protein Granola
- 1/2 cup strawberries or blueberries
- 2 tbsp peanut butter
- 2 tbsp dark chocolate chips
Instructions:
Spread the yogurt onto a tray or plate lined with parchment paper. Add toppings, drizzle peanut butter on top, then freeze for 2–3 hours. Break into 4 servings.
Macros per serving with peanut butter:
Calories: ~180
Protein: ~15g
Carbs: ~14g
Fat: ~7g
Macros per serving without peanut butter will lower fat:
Calories: ~155
Protein: ~14g
Carbs: ~12g
Fat: ~3g
