I am Brandon Alegre . I am here to keep accountability with powerhouse coaches and let this program bring more structure to my life . I would say I have a like and love relationship with fitness . Some days I like it some days not so much but I love it enough to stay intentionally consistent learning more about it along the way . I was raised an athlete so staying active is normal. One year I did not work out and blimped up to 184 that’s not the case no more we are in better days now and with the help of this program I’m ready to execute a dream physique #LetsGo 🚀
