Hello Everyone, I’m a bit chuffed to let you know that the first Working Bodies program is now available.😃 HIPS & KNEES Hips & Knees has been created for everyday people who want to move better, feel stronger, and keep doing the things they enjoy without their body holding them back. Our hips and knees often get a little smashed about through years of sitting, repetitive work, old injuries, and inconsistent movement habits. Over time this shows up as stiffness, discomfort, reduced confidence, and a body that doesn’t quite respond the way you want it to. This program helps you rebuild better movement habits for everyday life. Inside the program you’ll receive: Morning Loosen Up – 20 mins Wake the body up and ease into your day with more freedom through the hips and knees. After Work Reset – 15 mins Unwind stiffness and tension from long days of sitting, driving, or physical work. Build Support – 10 mins Simple, effective strength to support your hips, knees, and overall stability. Weekly Maintenance – 25 mins A steady session to help you keep what you build and stay consistent. Working Bodies packs are $29 USD (approximately $40 AUD today) How to use your working bodies program: Use sessions as you need, or follow them as a simple weekly rhythm. Consistency over intensity is what creates change. NEW CLASS RECORDINGS Also now available inside the platform: ✅ Week 1 of Term 2 – Vinyasa Project has dropped ✅ A slow, steady and very “juicy” Mat Pilates session designed for the quieter, deeper type of work. There’s now a solid mix of options to support you — whether you need to move, reset, or go a little deeper. ❤️ You can access session by session and build your own library or gain full access to the lot - yep everything for $70 USD per month If your body has been asking for attention, this is a clear and manageable place to begin.
