New Recordings Are Up (your arms may have opinions) 🎥
Hello lovely people, A collection of new recordings are now up and waiting for you. Week 5 Vinyasa is ready to go if you’d like to repeat the class, revisit parts that felt good, or simply move through a really satisfying whole-body session. We’ve also uploaded a Functional Fitness session. Fair warning — it’s a little leggy… but your arms will absolutely tell you about it later. A strong, practical session designed to help you move better in everyday life, with plenty of work through the whole body. Whether you’re keeping momentum, starting again, or just needing to shake off the stiffness of the week, the recordings are there when you’re ready. Remember, individual sessions can be purchased and added to your library for $10 USD, or you can access everything in the community for $70 USD per month — including all recordings, classes and the growing movement library. Hi there, I wanted to reach out to you directly before I open this up more widely because if anyone is going to get something out of this, it's you. This June I'm running a Hip Mobility Workshop Series, live every Wednesday at 5:45pm 5 sessions, one focused topic, and a real chance to work on something that affects almost everything else your body does. Hips are at the centre of how we move, getting up, sitting down, walking, lifting, staying out of lower back pain. When they're restricted, everything compensates. When they're strong and mobile, everything feels easier. Each Wednesday we'll cover a different piece of the puzzle from opening tight hip flexors, to building strength through full range of motion, to practical movements you can carry into your everyday life. Mat Pilates this week focused on the torso - layering abdominal work with hip and shoulder movement to help build connection, strength and mobility through the whole body. A great session if you’ve been feeling stiff, disconnected or simply want to move a little better. We’ve also uploaded Term 2/2026 Week 4 Vinyasa - perfect if you’d like to repeat the class, revisit a few things, or if you’re simply after a really solid whole-body session to get all your bits moving again. If you’d like to keep a class and revisit it anytime, individual sessions can be purchased and added to your library for $10 USD.
