Build Your Steadiness This Winter – Our New 10 Week Vinyasa Series Starts Now
Hello everyone, Winter has a way of changing how we move. The mornings are darker. The days are colder. It's easy to feel a little slower, a little stiffer and a lot less motivated. Many of us end up waiting for spring before we start looking after ourselves again. But what if winter wasn't something to simply get through? What if it became the season where you quietly built the foundations that would carry you into spring feeling stronger, more mobile and more confident? That is exactly what we'll be doing over the next ten weeks. I'm so excited to welcome you to our new Winter / Spring Vinyasa Series – Building Steadiness. Rather than chasing increasingly complicated poses or learning a different flow every week, we're doing something I believe is far more valuable. We're slowing down. We're returning to one of yoga's most recognised and intelligent sequences—Surya Namaskara (Sun Salutation)—and we'll spend ten weeks exploring it layer by layer. Each class builds on the last. Every repetition gives you another opportunity to refine your movement, improve your strength, increase your mobility and develop a deeper understanding of how your body moves. This is how meaningful change happens. Not through intensity. Through consistency. Whether you've practised yoga for years or you're still finding your feet, this series is designed to meet you where you are. You'll be encouraged to modify poses, use props and work at a pace that allows you to move well today while gradually building the capacity for tomorrow. Over time you'll begin to notice the small changes that are easy to miss from one class to the next - moving more freely, standing more confidently, breathing more deeply and feeling more at home in your own body. Those changes don't happen by accident. They happen because you keep showing up. If you've been looking for a way to establish a regular practice, reconnect with your body or simply create a little steadiness during the colder months, I would love you to join me.

Build Your Steadiness This Winter – Our New 10 Week Vinyasa Series Starts Now
A new week.
Try to be kind. Please remember that building consistency is not a linear thing. It’s up, it’s down, it’s really up and really deep and down. It’s human, imperfect and flawed. And most importantly it changes. It’s a new week. Be kind. Just try to move once. Just once X Deepest gratitude Jo

A different kind of movement space
Hello lovely people, This week's recordings are now up and ready whenever you have the time. Week 9 Vinyasa marks the second last week of this particular sequence. By now you'll probably notice that things don't feel quite so unfamiliar. The shapes, the transitions and the rhythm begin to settle, leaving a little more space to simply move and breathe. Our Mat Pilates session is a little bit of a balance class this week. Not because balance is about standing on one leg, but because balance asks us to pay attention. It reminds us that strength isn't just about effort—it's about awareness, timing and making small adjustments. If you've been thinking, I really need to move more, I'd encourage you to stop thinking about the biggesr picture and start looking for just one session at a time. Movement doesn't have to compete with your busy life. It can fit around it. Some weeks you'll do every class. Other weeks you'll squeeze one in between work, family and everything else. Both count. The people who feel the long-term benefits aren't usually the ones who train the hardest—they're the ones who simply keep coming back. The recordings are there whenever you need them. Early morning, after dinner, on a rainy Sunday, or in that unexpected gap that appears in your day. Your body doesn't mind when you move. It just appreciates that you do. Individual sessions can be purchased and added to your library for $10 USD, or you can access everything in the community for $70 USD per month, giving you unlimited access to all classes, recordings and the growing movement library. I hope to see you in there. Jo & Noon (Some images of the wonderful clients from our livestream classes last week)

This Week’s Recordings Are Up 🎥
Hello lovely people, This week’s recordings are now up and ready when you are. Mat Pilates Core is there waiting for you — a session focused on the abdominals and hips. Fair warning: your abs and hips may have words afterwards. A strong, steady session to help build support through the body and get things moving again. Week 7 Vinyasa is also now up. This week is about steady consolidation — building capacity now that we’ve got all the bits. Less about learning new things and more about bringing it together, finding flow, and letting the practice start to feel more familiar in your body. Whether you want to repeat the class, move at your own pace, or simply get all your bits moving again, the recordings are there for you. Individual sessions can be purchased and added to your library for $10 USD, or you can access everything in the community for $70 USD per month — classes, recordings and the growing movement library. Press play when your body says yes. See you in there Jo (ps - just sharing some screen shots below from a recent yoga 2 livestream technical class. Such a lovely community of humans that show up - Wednesday 6:45pm AEST and Saturday 8:45am AEST - these are live streaming sessions only - not recorded for privacy reasons as each session has personalised teaching and individual adjustments)

I help everyday people build steadiness in life and body. I’m not a generalist teacher. I don’t do random. I teach method. Structured practice
