Hello lovely people, This week’s class recordings are now up in the community and ready whenever you are. Mat Pilates this week focused on the torso - layering abdominal work with hip and shoulder movement to help build connection, strength and mobility through the whole body. A great session if you’ve been feeling stiff, disconnected or simply want to move a little better. We’ve also uploaded Term 2/2026 Week 4 Vinyasa - perfect if you’d like to repeat the class, revisit a few things, or if you’re simply after a really solid whole-body session to get all your bits moving again. If you’d like to keep a class and revisit it anytime, individual sessions can be purchased and added to your library for $10 USD. Or, if you prefer full access, you can unlock everything in the community for $70 USD per month - classes, recordings and the growing library of sessions. No pressure to keep up. Working Bodies: By Request - a longer Session
Hello Everyone, As requests… here is the longer version of a Working Bodies - Unwind & Restore session. As part of the Working Bodies series, a new 42-minute mat-based session has now dropped inside the platform. Designed to help relieve stiffness and improve the way your body moves, this class focuses on hips and shoulders, paired with exercises that explore rotation and abdominal strength to support better everyday movement. No equipment needed. Just a mat (or carpet), a little bit of space, and 42 minutes for your body. If you’ve been feeling tight, stiff, or like life has been leaving its mark on your body lately, this is a good one. Expect slow, steady and quietly strengthening movement - practical work designed to help you feel more capable, supported, and comfortable in your body. New Weekly Sessions + Upcoming Working Bodies Release
Hello everyone, This week’s new sessions have now been added to the library. You’ll find: • Week 2 of Term 2 Vinyasa • A new Mat Pilates session focused on Legs, Hips, Abs & Arms These classes continue building strength, support and steadiness through intelligent, progressive movement that works for real bodies and real lives. Thank you also for all the feedback on the Working Bodies – Hips & Knees program. I completely agree that the short-form format makes movement achievable, even on the busiest days. Small amounts done consistently really do create meaningful change over time. Our new Working Bodies pack is on the way. Dropping this Friday: WORKING BODIES – Upper Back & Neck Health This new series is designed to help reduce neck stiffness, upper back tightness and the gradual “doming” or rounding that can develop through stress, driving, desk work and daily posture habits. The focus will be on improving mobility, support and movement awareness through the upper spine and shoulder girdle. Keep an eye out for the release this Friday. Hello Everyone, I’m a bit chuffed to let you know that the first Working Bodies program is now available.😃 HIPS & KNEES Hips & Knees has been created for everyday people who want to move better, feel stronger, and keep doing the things they enjoy without their body holding them back. Our hips and knees often get a little smashed about through years of sitting, repetitive work, old injuries, and inconsistent movement habits. Over time this shows up as stiffness, discomfort, reduced confidence, and a body that doesn’t quite respond the way you want it to. This program helps you rebuild better movement habits for everyday life. Inside the program you’ll receive: Morning Loosen Up – 20 mins Wake the body up and ease into your day with more freedom through the hips and knees. After Work Reset – 15 mins Unwind stiffness and tension from long days of sitting, driving, or physical work. Build Support – 10 mins Simple, effective strength to support your hips, knees, and overall stability. Weekly Maintenance – 25 mins A steady session to help you keep what you build and stay consistent. Working Bodies packs are $29 USD (approximately $40 AUD today) How to use your working bodies program: Use sessions as you need, or follow them as a simple weekly rhythm.
