Week 5 Vinyasa is ready to go if you’d like to repeat the class, revisit parts that felt good, or simply move through a really satisfying whole-body session.
We’ve also uploaded a Functional Fitness session. Fair warning — it’s a little leggy… but your arms will absolutely tell you about it later.
A strong, practical session designed to help you move better in everyday life, with plenty of work through the whole body.
Whether you’re keeping momentum, starting again, or just needing to shake off the stiffness of the week, the recordings are there when you’re ready.
Remember, individual sessions can be purchased and added to your library for $10 USD, or you can access everything in the community for $70 USD per month — including all recordings, classes and the growing movement library.
