Sacred Womb Restoration: A Refinement, Not a Removal
Sacred Womb Restoration is not a new direction—it is a refinement of what has always lived here. Nothing has been lost in this community. What has happened is a deep listening. It became clear that many women arriving are seeking support specifically for womb-centered healing—especially women 35 and beyond who are navigating trauma, menopause, fibroids, fertility challenges, pregnancy loss, nervous-system overwhelm, or the long impact of putting themselves last. This refinement allows the work to be clearer, safer, and more intentional for the women it is meant to serve. Sacred Womb Restoration is a faith-based, body-aware healing space rooted in lived experience. It weaves holistic support, Reiki, nervous-system care, and womb wisdom together—not as quick fixes, but as a gentle return to trust, regulation, and restoration at a human pace. This space exists because I have lived this path—through loss, healing, restoration, and motherhood during seasons often labeled “high risk.” The work is not theoretical. It is embodied. If you are here, you belong. If you are new, you are welcome. And if you are listening for what your body needs now—this space has been shaped with you in mind. We have a new and exciting quiz ⬇️ https://www.skool.com/holistic-healing-works-1111/classroom/d9f24acf?md=25c149e3a58049f48cefc576aa76e3b3

🌿 Welcome, Sylv Davies 🌿 We’re so glad you’re here, Sylv.
@Sylv Davies You’ve arrived in a powerful season—one of listening more deeply to your body, honoring menopausal shifts, and gently releasing what no longer nurtures you. This space exists for exactly that kind of wise, embodied unfolding. Sacred Womb Restoration is a place of rest, reflection, and remembrance. There is no rushing here. No fixing. Just support, reverence, and choice-led practices as you reconnect with yourself—at your own pace, in your own way. May this community feel like a soft place to land as you age wisely, listen inwardly, and tend to yourself with compassion. You belong here. 🤍 ✨ Feel free to share only when it feels right. Rest and observation are always welcome. Welcome home.

Menopause Support (Sacred Womb–Aligned)
Menopause is not something to “fix.” It is a transition to be supported. During menopause, the body may experience changes in temperature regulation, sleep, mood, and energy. Many women explore gentle, holistic supports to help the body feel more at ease during this season. 🌿 Herbs women often look into during menopause include: • Black Cohosh – commonly explored for hot flashes • Red Clover – traditionally used for hormonal transitions • Lemon Balm – known for its calming properties • Nettle Leaf – valued for mineral support This is shared for education and awareness only, not as medical advice. Every body is different, and rest, hydration, and nervous-system care are just as important as any herb. 🌙 You are encouraged to listen to your body, move gently, and honor your pace. ✨ You are not behind. You are becoming.
