🌑 Monday — Sacred Womb Reset
Today we begin softly. No rushing. No forcing. No proving. Your womb does not need motivation. She needs permission to arrive at her own pace. Reflection Prompt: What does my body need less of this week? 1-Breath Practice: Inhale into the lower belly. Exhale and release the pressure to “have it all together.” 🌿 Restoration begins with listening.

We are short staffed at work. My body needs Less of the rush to get everything done. Some things we don't have time to do. The other women I work with feel the pressure to get everything done, even tho we are a person down because of sickness. Work needs to realise that we can't keep covering our own lack of staff, that we need an Agency worker to temporarily fill the placement. Im not prepared to rush to get things done anymore. I keep a steady pace and do as much as necessary.

I've been conscious that I often find myself holding my breath during my daily activities. So I stop and just release my breath and do regular breathing into my tummy, to bring my breath down into my core. Then resuming my chores or work.
