Guided by Anavia Bent, Founder of Sacred Womb Restoration, Reiki Master & Nervous System Luller™, this work is rooted in faith and reverence and shared from lived experience, shaped by personal womb trials and restoration.
Here, healing is not rushed or forced. It unfolds through reflection, nervous system care, and honoring the body’s wisdom. This space supports restoration through fertility changes, menopause transitions, pregnancy considerations, and the quiet work of reclaiming oneself after years of giving last.
