My Ex Made Fun of Meditation 🧘🏾♂️😹 Until She Realized I Was Debugging Reality 🪲⚙️ Before It Even Loaded 🧬💨
My ex girlfriend didn’t understand that we as humans are three-part-beings. Meaning we exist in the physical (3D), the mental (4D) and spiritual (5D) plane all at once. So whenever she caught me meditating she’d try to dissuade me from the entire exercise, indirectly of course, by means of polite jokes about it. Cos, yes, she understood the benefits of meditation and yoga by google terms, but she also believed that those benefits were just a shared belief among yogis and not an actual thing. So I'd ask her: “Babe, are u able to do anything without thinking about it first? Even stuff that requires zero thought processes, like just standing up rn, picking up any thing and throwing it up? Can you do that without your mind running a pre-liminary check on how you'll do it first? 1/3 NEXT PAGE >> True answer she can’t. Before her muscles even twitch, her mental plane (4D) would have to fires up a sequence: “Should I entertain him? What object is light enough? How will I stand? Which hand will I use?” All in split seconds. Now that flickering internal activity? It’s what Meditation betters ahead of time. And Meditation identifies it to you clearly for the frequency it is too. Highlighting to you frequency is transmutable. That means you can fix any problem before you even fix any problem and this is why she always had more problems than I did btw lmao fr 😭😹😹 Cos she was fixing problems the wrong way, while mines were dissolved before they even became. 2/3 NEXT PAGE >> If you can understand that you’ll see how everything else that follows is merely just coherence. Which is the universe just matching up and giving you evidence of what you already effected onto the field from your 4D (consciously or unconsciously), as your physical reality (3D). At this level (3D) nothing even matters, cos not even God can argue with a frequency that has in it coherence. You can only ever change anything from the 4D or higher. That is why I meditate. It is not a hobby, it is the user manual for being human. It is the back-end access to reality.
