When we learn to read people's energy, we see the truth that words may obscure. Energy doesn't know how to lie or get confused.

I feel hurt when I feel I'm misunderstood. Makes me feel sad. Even from a post, how silly. Im highly sensitive and if I don’t have time alone it isn’t good .. we’re all different .. im also working on honouring myself more and changing the ppl pleasing habit. Im learning that im also important. If I don’t protect and look after my own energy who will? Im grateful for everything im learning.

How do you shield yourselves from other people's energy? Or from them lowering your vibration?

I noticed a strange sensation walking my dog and so did she. There are regular, very short, 100% spikes. It's like intermittent bombardments.

Have you ever wondered if some of the things we’ve learned, been told, or even believed about life could actually be wrong? What if even human history isn’t exactly what we think it is, but simply the version of reality we were taught to believe? I know these ideas can be difficult to accept. We often feel like we’re living inside a kind of Matrix, where so much of what we know has been shaped for us. Sometimes I wonder: why does the universe seem so cruel? Why is there so much suffering and pain? But what if that suffering isn’t actually imposed by the universe?🤔 What if there are darker forces that keep searching, awakening souls trapped in endless cycles..through fear, pain, and repeating patterns? And if that were true… where would God, or the universe, fit into all of this? I honestly don’t know!🫡But I think some questions are worth asking, even when we don’t have the answers.
