Welcome to Your New and Improved Heartfinders Course! Part 1: Welcome! Welcome to the Heartfinders Self-Cultivation Course! Making the decision to become your best self is big and I’m proud of you. I am honored that you are here. Please read on for the instructions of how to get set up and started in minutes! Part 2: The HeartFInders Course The Course has 35 Lessons. On the Skool HeartFinders platform, you will see a tab called Classroom. That is where the lessons live. Every Monday you will be assigned a new Lesson. You will do one Lesson per week, and the average time for the lesson is 20 minutes. (You can put in more, but that is all that is expected to successfully complete the course.) Your commitment is 20 minutes per week! How will you get that Lesson assigned? With the new HeartFinders App! Part 3: The HeartFinders Personal Trainer App To make this easy, I am also providing the Heartfinders Personal Trainer App. This daily “helper” is a simple tool designed to do three things: 1. Deliver your weekly Lesson directly to you. 2. Keep you focused on just this week’s task. 3. Track your progress so you can see how far you’ve come. Every Monday a new lesson will appear on your app under the Current Lesson tab. Every Monday you will also receive an email with a link to that week’s Lesson. Every weekday you will receive an email encouraging and reminding you to get the work done. You just click the link in the app or in the email and it will take you right to that week’s Lesson. You do the Lesson and that’s it! Part 4: Getting Started (Signing Up for the App) To access your daily lessons and track your progress, please install the HeartFinders app on your phone. Getting started takes less than a minute. Step 1: Open the Link 1.
