Welcome to our new members! A great place to start on your self-cultivation journey is to get a base line on where you are in your life right now. In the Classroom, you can go to PART 1 and do STEP 1 which will give you an overview of the philosophy and approach to this course. In STEP 2 you make a committment to this process and yourself. But if you want to skip those for now, you can go right to STEP 3, which is the: Life Domains Assessment Exercise (I think this should take you right to the exercise) In this exercise, you are asked to rate how satisfied you are with the different domains in your life. Examples of domains are work, health, and family. This will be a great snapshot of where you are in your life right now, the areas where you are satisfied, and the places that need work. For those of you who have been here awhile, it might be a good opportunity to revisit this and see the areas where you have made progress and where the work needs to continue. If you have the courage, please, please, please post any results of this, or anything else, in the Community. Introduce yourself! Ask questions! And just so you know, unlocking later parts in the course are dependent on Community participation (liking other people's posts).
