PLEASE READ THIS! In this intro you’ll learn how the HEARTFINDERS COURSE works. HEARTFINDERS is the first online course of its kind designed to get you unstuck, help you figure out how to make the most of your life right now, create a clear vision for the next part of your life, navigate the difficult feelings you may be struggling with in this anxious moment. It’s also a way to empower you to do what you can to make the world a better place, feel great about yourself, and guide you toward a life of fulfillment. The course is designed to provide you with practical tools that will make your life better, whatever your age, struggle, or life stage. As the Buddhists tradition teaches through the Eightfold Path, to be our best selves and have the most positive impact on the world, we need to combine wisdom, training, compassion, and action. The course rests on three essential pillars that provide all of the above to create real change: RIGHT KNOWING, RIGHT DOING, and RIGHT CONNECTING. 👉1. Right Knowing - 25 Instructional Videos Over 25 instructional videos explain, in clear, practical terms, the basis of your stuckness and how to unleash your infinite capacity for growth. In an easy-to-understand format, you’ll learn what keeps you trapped in unhealthy patterns and how to free your greatest potentials. You’ll learn the nature of inner conflict and how to create inner peace. You’ll discover the six paths of self-cultivation that will provide you with the way to become your best self. 👉2. Right Doing – 60+ Exercises Knowledge alone won’t transform you. You’ll need a regular practice. The Right Action section includes 60+ exercises to unleash your power for growth, build new habits, and become the best version of yourself. 👁️‍🗨️Click the CLASSROOM Tab to access the videos and exercises. The Course is divided into seven PARTS. Each PART is divided into a progression of STEPS that include videos and/or exercises. You can do the exercises in the sequence provided or you can do them in any order you like.

Daily Prompts 2/24/26
3 days in a row now. A streak emerges. Will he keep it up?? Stay tuned. 1. I am amazing because… I’m facing some social fears and asking for help with a creative project, I’m dragging my butt to the gym today, I am willing to lend an ear to listen to those who need one. 2. I am grateful for… access to drinkable water, breathing that isn’t obstructed by the shit I used to shove up my nose, and the sunlight. 3. My vision for the day… I will get a solid workout in. I will call some people. I will do some more planning for the project I want to work on. I will go to my friend’s anniversary meeting. I will be kind and loving to myself and to others. Hoping to hear back from a job that I interviewed for this week. Getting a little antsy. Accepting the possibility that I may not get it. If I don’t, I’ll likely be disappointed. So I want to prepare for what I can do to keep moving a search for new opportunities in spite of a setback.
Daily Prompts 2/23/26
Okay. Still gonna try to stick to this. 1. I am amazing because… I’m a team player at work, I’m considerate of others, and I‘m attempting to keep the streak going with this (even though it’s only day 2…) 2. I am grateful… for heat, for music, for the relationships I have with my friends in recovery, for Doug coming onto the chat yesterday and chopping it up about music for a bit. 3. My vision for the day: I will make the phone calls I need to make. I will make a list of my goals for this week. I will practice music. I will be unafraid. I will be strong. I’m struggling a little bit today because I don’t like having to isolate due to the blizzard. I’ve had some success over the past two weeks getting out of the house, socializing, walking a lot, and generally not wasting away in bed. I’m afraid of falling back into that habit today. I would like to find some way to be productive even though my mind/body/spirit feels confined in my apartment.
