Does practice make permanent or perfect or ..... anxiety?..well anxiety if your are me... Ive been on this *learn how to swim as an adult* trip for awhile. I couldn't get past 6 feet... Took someone's advice from yesterday...they said just go to 5 feet...and tonight i started at beginning and made it without panicking to a bit past 5 and a half feet... did my best to quiet my thoughts.. and....i will not drown ..someone will save me....and now maybe 6 feet next time..sorry sounds silly....everyone have a nice nite...☘

Glenn, After our last session, I did what you said and I ended up completing several powerpoint presentations, articles, and resubmitted the paper to JICM. All in record time and without stress. Thx brother!
