Good Morning Everyone, My name is Jazmine and I’m so excited to discover and navigate this healing journey with you all. As a mental health professional, it warms my heart to see so many people take the initiative to bring about their own healing instead of wallowing in blame and guilt; it’s a vicious cycle that takes strength and courage to finally break and this is the first step! It’s truly amazing what is being built here and I’m honored to be a part of it. Remember this: We are not responsible for the trauma that happens to us but we are responsible for how we conquer it. Mood Check Monday
Hey love Here’s your reminder for the week: “You don’t need a perfect plan to move forward — you just need one honest step.” One step toward peace. One step toward clarity. One step toward the version of you that doesn’t shrink or silence herself anymore. You’re allowed to take up space. You’re allowed to grow slowly. You’re allowed to choose you this week. Checking in
So checking in for Mood check Monday. Today I have been all over the place in my head. Can’t really focus on anything and in my feelings about moving forward and away from the past. Telling myself that it’s going to be okay and that it’s ok to have some fear but not allow it to consume me. Doing breath work and trying to be still and remember that this a process and I can have days like this! Just needed to get it out!
Great Me day!
Took 1/2 half day off as it’s my Friday today. Sat in the warm afternoon sun with my dog, ate, napped & showered. Just took time to do exactly what I wanted no errands no ADULT’n just chilling & doing what felt good to do. Peace love & puppy dog hugs 💖✌🏼
