Quick check-in — where’s your energy sitting today? My meditation this morning reminded me of something we forget all the time: we feel emotions so our body can guide us into action. That physical sensation isn’t random — it’s your system trying to move energy through you and move you toward something… or away from something. So pause for a moment: Are you holding any emotions back? A laugh you swallowed? A cry you pushed down? A truth you ignored? When you suppress it, the energy stays stuck. When you let yourself feel it, you naturally take the next step — and that step is what releases the energy from your body. You’re not “too emotional.” You’re being guided. Let whatever is coming up move through you today so you can move forward on your path.
