My update for the week
Hi Everybody: This week I continued to make myself do things from my "bad side" in order to increase my confidence and work on muscle imbalances I developed over several years. However, this didn't include doing transfers in the other direction....yet! I've worked out twice this week so far. I have an appt tomorrow at the same time as the call, so will miss you tomorrow!
