High protein breakfast!
For those of you that don't cook or want something quick and easy for breakfast that is high protein and low calorie here's what I had today!
2 boiled eggs
1 packet of Quaker protein oatmeal
1 hot chocolate made with vanilla protein powder and I tbs of coca powder
Total calories: 383
Net carbs: 26g
Fat: 13g
Protein: 40g
