My goal for this week is to do an upper body stretching routine everyday for 10 minutes.
My outcome goal (end result): to reduce pain (tension headaches, sore muscles and joints)
𝐌𝐲 𝐩𝐫𝐨𝐜𝐞𝐬𝐬 𝐠𝐨𝐚𝐥 (𝐚𝐜𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬 𝐈 𝐰𝐢𝐥𝐥 𝐭𝐚𝐤𝐞): 𝐬𝐭𝐫𝐞𝐭𝐜𝐡 𝐝𝐚𝐢𝐥𝐲 𝐟𝐨𝐫 𝟏𝟎 𝐦𝐢𝐧𝐮𝐭𝐞𝐬.
My performance goal (how I will measure my success): I will get less tension headaches and have more range of motion in my wrists, elbows and shoulders
As you can see I am ONLY focusing on my PROCESS GOAL, which is the ACTION/BEHAVIORS I will commit to. The other two goals are the result of my actions.
